The Registration Form could be filled up and submitted online through this website. Alternatively, the application form could be downloaded and submitted physically. Students, whether submitting the form online OR printed copy of the form, should submit the followings to the University Office / respective Colleges where he/she has undertaken the course.

The last date of submission is 2nd August 2007. Fees paid and the documents submitted shall not be refunded whether the application is valid or not.
